What areas do you service for Executive Function coaching?
The Seattle Metro area (in person when COVID allows) as well as nationally on line.

How long are Executive Function coaching sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes.

How long does someone need Executive Function coaching for?
I recommend coaching for a minimum of 6 weeks and ongoing or "tune ups" as needed after that.

How often should I or my child receive Executive Function coaching?
1-2 times per week.

How do I know if I or my child needs Executive Function coaching?
Is your child/Are you struggling to stay on tops of assignments/work?
Is it difficult to get started on a project or assignment?
Homework is not getting turned in.
I am not getting to all my emails each day.
These are just a few questions to consider. If your answer is yes, coaching may be appropriate for you or your child.

Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. I welcome a free 30 minute consultation.
Is everything virtual or do you do in-person Executive Function coaching?
Right now virtual - but as soon as it is safe to do so, we can meet in person.
If sessions are in-person, where do you meet?
Whenever possible, I prefer to meet in the client's work setting. With children, this will include working closely with classroom teachers to optimize the use of strategies we are using.

Are there any other resources available (workbooks, other tools) that we would need or be expected to have?
No. I'll provide them all.

What ages do you work with?
8 and up

Do you have references? Background check?
References available upon request.

Will I be charged a fee for cancelling? How long do I have to cancel an appointment?
Appointments canceled the day of will be charged at 50%.
48 hours notice of cancellation is requested.

Do you offer any financial assistance?
Yes -- I am happy to create payment plans or a sliding scale based on need.
